Mindfulness – or how to manage an increasingly stressed lifestyle

It seems that "Mindfulness" is on the agenda. Yesterday Norwegian NRK aired "Schrödingers katt" covering it. Psychology today cover it today in "Mindfulness for introverts". I use the Swedish MD Ola Schenström approach "Här och nu", listening 15 minutes dayli from my iPod. Ola also provide mobile services.

I was quite astonished by the NRK airing yesterday. They told that meditation does infact lower stress, but even change our DNA or genes, make our immune system stronger. 

Amazing!
